I get to watch the races on ESPN on Thursday so i can't wait.

|

3/20/2010 7:39 PM

I have not heard a crowd get that loud for a race win in a long long time..at least just from listening on the webcast.

That kid qualified 12th. He is the definition of a racer.

Is the webcast worth it ?

Live timing does me fine but i think it's broken now because it's saying j-law is the current leader.

|

Nice!! Can't wait to see it tomorrow!

Think level posted the Transworld link on how fast Baggett goes thru turns.

I remember DeCoster saying the specific reason he got Dungey was his speed in the turns while he was a B rider.

Still, Canidae Team and DeCoster have to be happy a RMZ 250 won with a rookie in his like 5th SX race ever.

Baggett rode smooth and smart and made it happen. He was on the gas and glad to see him take a win in his rookie year. It definitely got loud in the stadium when everyone saw him crying cause he was so happy

Blake works hard and wants it. Never hit a SX track before October of 2009. Wait till outdoors. The kid is legit.

That TWMX vid posted in the other thread, of him ripping around perris or something, man I watched that and thought he was quick... Good corner speed for sure... Stoked for him!

Blake is one of the few riders my wife knows, because when we went to the US Open about 8 years ago, we had breakfast with the Baggett's in the Studio Cafe at MGM one morning back when we sponsored him.
He was still on 85's, just moved onto them as a matter of fact, and had a cool mohawk

Wife was very happy to hear of his win this morning when I told her

As was I last night when he won.

How old is Blake?

Its so awesome seeing these first year kids come in a grab their 1st wins. As i mentioned earlier, the crowd reaction was incredible, never heard such a load response for a riders win.

Really stoked for him and his whole family.
