After riding 125/150 2t from 1999 to 2019 i decided to try a bigger bike at the end of 2019 and bought a 350SXF .
I liked the 350 four Stroke ist was easy to Ride but i miss the Two Stroke.
The Sound, Smell and Most important the Kickstart😂😂
So i start 4 Weeks ago to look after a 250 SX and found this bike in Germany
The Seller quit with MX at 52 years and want to sell the bike in one piece so i get a 2019 250 SX with 300cc Kit- Full FMF and WP Xact Supertrax for 6700€
I change over some parts from the 350 and this is the Final result cant wait to ride it 🤤🤤🤤🤤

Here is my 2019 Build, not totally done, but I only want to paint swingarm and anodize forks. Perhaps some other little things. The cool thing about this build, is 90% of this stuff can be purchased from your Local WPS dealer. As a rep for the company, I am a firm believer in the products we sell.
2019 300 SX
-250 SX with KTM 300 SX Kit (300 ecu sucks and doesn’t rev, went back to 250 ECU)
-Keihin Carb Swap
165 main, 42 Pilot, NOZ E Needle
-V-Force Reeds
-2020 Yamaha KYB Internal Forks
-Enzo Racing Fork and shock Revalve and Spring for 150lbs Motocross
-Galfer oversized rotor
-P3 Carbon Factory Skid Plate
-FMF Factory Fatty
-FMF shorty Titanium 2.0
-Raptor Titanium Footpegs (Not pictured)
-Polisport Grey Plastics
-MX Gurl Designs Graphics
-Guts Racing Winged Seat Cover
-Rims Plus Wheel Set
-Dirttricks 48T rear sprocket (Minus 2 from stock)
-Firepower Gold Chain (shown with 10 Hours)
-Michelin Starcross 5 Soft Front
-Pirelli Scorpion MX32 Soft (sand) rear
Can you tell me more about the ECU why is it Not working with the 300??
I found the same when we tried to bore and stroke the 300 to 330, it didnt want to rev with the bigger piston and longer stroke , for Supermoto, and after a load of work we went back to 300 and went a shitload better.
What i can say , is that the TM felt like a slow 500, it didnt have the zip of the 250, but i think it runs a better patime as an MX bike.
Once I put the stock ecu back on. She came back alive and now she sounds insane! Does exactly what I want, and with the YZ Forks, its a whole new machine. KTM’s would be unstoppable off the showroom if they threw away those Garbage WP Forks.
