I just like the guy. Isn’t this three championships lost for Adam now by such a small margin?

Shame on crowd for booing him also. Assholes.

Sexton is kind of not the most likeable
Guy in the world but congrats him also.

I’m a huge AC fan but ferrandis is a super nice guy and deserved it . I didn’t hear the booing but what a bunch of ignorant jerks if so.

He had his own problems this year, Adam was lucky to be leading the points at the start of the night. Well deserved.

As for the crowd booing what can you say.....I am glad not all americans are fuckwits.

Bummer for Ac. But Fernandez rode great all year and still did it with a dnf.
You could really see those tears in his eyes, all the hard work paid off, specially leaving everything behind him in france to chase his dreams. Great dude.
He's my pick for the outdoors aswell.

Edit: fuck all racists.

Happy for Fernandis, sounded like he was so pumped after the race he was speaking a little Frenglish. Still bummed for AC though.

Yeah man, Ferrandis deserved that championship. AC is a great kid, I think he will get a 450 SX championship one day.

I like both of them but I just had a feeling AC was going to blow it again. Well deserved for Ferrandis. Alessi and now AC, the two guys that were supposed to rule the world both with big zeros.

I'd like to see them Yupeens come over and try one of our Supercross tracks.

Anyone catch what people were chanting when he was giving his speech?

I'm happy for Dylan. Dude's getting to live the American Dream he came over here for.

Very happy for Dylan. I like ac too but that was all rider error. How can you not be stoked for Dylan great rider and seems like a really genuinely cool and nice guy.

so this french guy ferrandis works his ass off his whole life to come over to america and pursuits his dreams to become a ama sx champion and when he finally makes it, the crowd is booing him??!!

There is something wrong with american fans definitely, you wouldn't see this kind of ignorance and childish behavior in the MxGPs.

Awesome! He did fight with Herlings at MX2 years ago and now has SX title. Straight back style like Pourcel and others just looks smooth and he did run great all year even with one broken bike and really bad starts.

He’s been a bit disrespected all year IMO by some of the more vocal media members. He’s really been every bit as fast as anyone on a 250 on both coasts and has consistently fought his ass off because for some reason he usually can’t buy a start.

Only a tiny percentage of American fans do that kind of shit. A very tiny percentage. Roczen is probably the most popular and loved rider of them all. A German. Look at Chad Reed's popularity here. I could list more examples all day. You shouldn't paint all Americans with a shit brush just because of a few assholes who were also probably drinking too much.
And yes there are PLENTY of disrespectful, asshole mxgp fans out there that love to trash talk American riders. I see them all the time in youtube comment sections and other places.
Ferrandis is cheered by 100 people for every one asshole that boo's him. The vast majority of American mx fans are happy for the guy even though some are just as bummed for AC. Every country has their jackasses. Not just America.

Ferrandis was as fast as AC, kept himself close in points coming into Vegas, won when it counted the most, and AC made the mistake at worst time to make it.
I'm bummed for AC but just as stoked for Ferrandis. Ferrandis won it fair and square. He's legit. He earned it.

Showed he had the speed all season , just not the starts .. last night he had the start and won ..
he deserved that title as much as AC , they both deserved it but only one can win ...
and fans booing a frenchman isnt the first time , just sad those people claim to be fans ..

and it looks like kawasaki isnt the bike for winning a SX title , when was the last title win on a Kawasaki ?

lets get ready for outdoors , can Tomac win again ? Ferrandis his first outdoors title ?

Happy for Frenchy but feel for AC. The biggest bummer are those idiots who were booing him.

I'm sure both DF and AC will have great careers...

I think some of what sounded like booing may have been his French homies singing ?
