As soon as I get some radiators fitted I'll post up some pics. Not much to look at right now. I'm a little anxious to see how Williams big bore / stroker setup hauls the mail. Should be a 250F killer.

If it is as good or better than his old 125 I rode many moons ago, you will be hooting at the moon. I think it was only 134 but it made me want to turn laps on it and not give it back. While he rode my 250f and then sat trying to flag me off the track. One of his old cone pipes(work of art) and some big air carb doohicky from the old PSI company I believe and it sang under the crushing duress of this well fed frame.

Sometimes Nerd has a problem with the obvious. Just have to explain things from time to time. Ask him how much a successful pharmacy is worth. LOL

No, aluminum is an element, but most uses of aluminum are an alloy. It's just weird to see it put out as an "alloy" frame because the old chrome-moly (chromoly?) frames were alloys, too.

In short, all frames have been alloys basically as long as I've raced and ridden dirt bikes.

That bike is so cool looking you don't even realize it's a Honda. With a Kawasaki engine of course. Very trick.

Seriously?? I thought the twin-spars looked familiar. I wonder how much fabricating it took to get all the plastic to match up.

That 125 looks a little weird, a hump seat on a 125? I dont think its from this country though, never seen it on any forums over here. It may be though, plus there is no rain in the photo Wink

i read an article on an italian magazine about that 125. it was a honda frame with a factory kawi engine.

they also tested an alu 250 with kawi 250 f frame and factory sr 250 engine. and finally a 500 with a 450 f frame and one of the last 500 engines that thorpe rode with.

unfortunately i just sent to the trash can mags from 1994 to 2008 as it was taking up too much space and i dont have thatmag anymore.
