I hope what I read about Waters possibly joining Factory KTM in Europe comes true. Would love to have him race the GP's!

Cool if true, he needs to make the leap now while he's young and gaining speed, it sux for Aussie racing but if he wants a shot, he's gotta do it!

When Reedy went he was faster than the rest here, he went there and realised his pace was good if he settles his head... Waters and Ferris need to do the same!

Sounds like both waters and styke are keen to join ferris in Europe. From every interview I've seen with Todd he's focussing on making this year a practice and improvement year for Europe next year, not so much winning the championship here. Haven't seen determination to make the next step like that since chad. All three of those guys haven't really dominated in supercross either so Europe is a good first stop for them.

He looked 'ready' at Lommel, so he must be on a pretty good trajectory if he views this as another development year!

You've got some pretty decent riders emerging from Aus.

For those that are interested, both Kale Makeham and Brock Winston are riding KTM 250 two strokes in the MX2 class. Both are killing it. So awesome to see.

I wouldn't say they are killing it. They are being beat by 2 riders on a bike with a 12 year old engine design and half the combustion rate Tongue

a little off topic, but does anybody think putting the 250 2 strokes with the lites is fair?

When was the 2-stroke carbed 250 developed?! haha...

In all seriousness tho, there have been some very fast Yamaha 250s with that motor design... Which is hilarious when you consider Factory Yamaha in the states couldn't get anything out of it and it kept blowing up when Hilly and Hepler were on it!

On the Australian riders going to race in Europe Joel Milesevic has his first race over there this weekend. I'm not sure exactly what series he is riding but i know he is riding for Diga racing on a 250F as apposed to the 2 stroke he was racing over here last year. If anyone else has any more info on it it would be cool to see!

Sorry to go off topic but the Aussie series seems to be a good one this year! Hanging out to go watch at Wonthagi this weekend then Broadford in another 2 weeks!
