In each class, the 40 fastest riders from Timed Qualifying will advance to the evening program (the Fast 40).
Alternates may be added to the evening program.
In the 450SX Class only, a rider who is currently in the Top 10 in points that fails to make the Fast 40 will be placed as 21st gate pick in the first heat race.

If you're a true fan, you're showing up at the start of first practice. Only BROS show up at opening ceremonies.

And if you are seriously into the mix you will be at OUR party, that's right bitches the DMXS party goes down on Friday night. We rent the club you bring your ass and we get down. It's happening at Tongue and Groove in Atlanta. It's not a cool guy party so come as you are.

I noticed that with the races I went to while I was over there - I was in there as soon as they let me in. Awesome group of people watching the practices....then it deteriorates as it gets later.

I've heard it's a good time.

What about Seattle??

Yeah it sucks for sure man. A couple thousand or so real fans watching the riders piece the track together, then 7:30 hits and it's 20,000+ people, all shit faced rockin their flat bills with all sorts of trash under their arms.

Do you guys know if you can go in an out of Georgia dome during practice? Wanted to watch practice then tailgate before the night show. Thx

They going to let you In the booth in the ATL or do I need make some calls?

Yeah I have seen ole GuyB in the mix like 45 times. Good times, socializing, drinking, throwing up, apologizing to my friends, family, local police, then community service....totally worth it though. I'm all in as usual.

It normally hasn't been a problem in the past. Just make sure to get a re-entry ticket.

I like coming early to see practice, but last year they wouldn't let us get up to our seats until 6:00 I believe. It sucked.

Can anyone confirm if the Pit Party is going to be like last year, where Event staffers block your way to a straight shot to the pits in the World Congress Center and instead, send you on a 2 or three mile walk down one hallway, up on escalator, in through one closet, out the down escalator and then finally down three flights of steps and ultimately in a "choose your own" entrance hall into the main pit floor (but every door you pick is the wrong one!) and finally into a ANTEROOM that is large enough to host 20 hens laying eggs, but stuff hundreds of SX loving fans in there?

Please tell me someone gets this right this year?

I am just saying because in 2005 when I went, it was simply in one door of the World Congress center.....down a hallway to the left, down a longer hallway and boom, you are there. It wasnt like that last year...not at all. I was tired and ready to go home by the time I was through in the pits. lol
