I know it's not something on my end because everything tested out fine and all other services are running perfect. Also, I went ahead and tried the race on 4 different devices and they all got janky.

I have a gigabit (940mb) connection with about 27 devices on the network. 4 hardwired, rest wireless.

***As I typed this I noticed it has cleaned up a bit.

Edit: also, by "my end" I mean within my home. The issue can certainly be localized to this region and others, but not everywhere. In fact, it's like that 99% of the time which is why people in the forums argue about it. We aren't all in the same place, obviously...
