I'm curious.

Does anyone use Gel inserts in there riding boots? I was thinking about trying this but I'm not sure. Seems to me like it would displace the energy better but....

i ran the magnetic soles in my boots when i was younger, my balance was worse than Big Black on a skateboard.

i don't run any now though, but i do use the gel inserts in my golf shoes. also my sex swing is lined with gel inserts

Yes and they've saved my ankles more than once. Plus the extra arch support gives the boot a firmer grip on my upper foot and better feel on the pegs.

Yes, ever since I broke my heel dropping out of the sky on a double. I'd like to think they're helping. I'm considering getting a pair of ankle saver footpegs since I broke my fibula by just landing hard two years ago. At 55 I keep telling myself there's got to be an easier way of prolonging adolesence.

I use custom foot beds I had made for my snowboarding boots. Boots fit 100x better.

You must of been all out of wack if your balance was that bad when you were a kid. btw BB is the man.
