Anyone try out the LitPro MX App for smartwatchs?

Im just wondering if anyone has tested it out yet. I have an older Polar M400 and it didn't work for me, the notes say to use the newer watches with the new sony GPS chip. Just wondering if you have better experience with the polar or garmin. Litpro is selling the Polar Vantage M's on the site and im thinking they may have put more tme into that setup. Anyways let me know how you made out, i know the app is free but i want to make an informed decision on the next smartwatch i purchase.

I’ve used it with my garmin forerunner 230. At first it wasn’t working right but my friend contacted the people who run the app and they refigured my lap times and then it was fine. They suggest turning data recording to every second instead of smart and that worked better.
