Anyone own a 2019 Husky TC 250?

Was curious what the changes are. I've read about an improved counter balance , new plastic's and new swingarm that matched the 4 stroke bikes. Anything else you guys might onow about the 19' model? I did a search on here but couldn't find any new owners.

They are about $1400.00 more then the 18' right now ...was wondering if it's worth it?

Body work yes. I " think " a small part of the chassis changed because of the body work and different exhaust. They say " improved counter balance ".....but I have no idea , and if you can really tell a difference? $1400 more than the ‘18? How do these manufacturers keep selling new bikes these days? The sport keeps getting smaller and smaller. Sad. In ten years we won’t have a sport anymore.

It's like this every year with left over's. 2 stroke , 4 stroke.....been this way for decades man. Haha.

If the slimmed up the radiators and body work it does have a smaller feel then the 18s... not sure how much that’s worth you ya know.

Just got an '18 TC250 recently, got 3 rides on it so far. So far really like it....light and just fun to ride.

Once you change your suspension set up and a rear link, I don't think you'll notice the difference at all. Use that $1400 and put it into your suspension and bars, then come out with a bike much better than a 19 for the same price.

I'll need to go check one out this weekend at Washougal. I have no issue holding out for a 19' anyways. Probably won't be till later winter , early spring some time anyways before I pick a bike up. Not sure exactly what I'm actually getting either. Just doing my research.

I'm contemplating the 19 Husq 300ti. Not sure if the subframe is composite on the 18, but it is on the 19 for 300. The $1400 is literally just supply and demand pushing the price up. In Colorado, alot of pre-orders and alot of people switching from KTM to Husq in Colorado.

Yeah the composite sub frames have been around a few years now. I have one on my 17' 125. I know quite a few guys jumped on to the 17' and 18' model's on here and most were really happy with them. I was curious if any of those guys may of tried a 19'......and what their opinion on it was. $1400.00 is a chunk of change.....but it's also a newer model. Just not sure how important those changes are.

I haven't ridden husky but i have 2018 250sx and tested 2019 250sx and didn't notice much difference. 2019 was a bit slimmer between knees but other than that felt pretty much the same bike to me.

So did the 19' KTM get all new body work as well? It sounds like it.

Yeah it did. The main thing is narrowing the radiators and lowering them. I think they bring the rear in more as well. ML said the idea was to make that transition from siting in corners to standing back on the bike smoother and more seemless.

Any jetting improvements? I had an '18 Ktm 250sx and it had the worst jetting of any new two stroke I've ever ridden. Why KTM would put such a POS carb on such an overall good bike is beyond me.

If you keep the bike for a few seasons, then get the 19. $1400 is not much and you have the latest. I was sorta in this boat with my 125 and went 19.

I have the 2019 Husky TX300 and yes the 2019 Husky TC250/TX300 got the updated chassis and plastic just like the 2018.5 FC450 Rockstar Edition. The chassis has more precise steering response. The new plastic slims down the ergo's especially in the rear. The new seat is comfortable too. I am not aware of any counterbalancer updates (which was applied in 2017) but the 2019 engine has new air intake boot, power valve updates (machining), all new pipe which is oval and very tucked in, and new silencer. The water pump cover is bigger along with the coolant hose in the frame. I only installed the optional needle (4275) with the clip in #2 position and the bike runs clean and strong (central Ohio). I had an 18 TX300 - I think the 19 updates are an improvement and noticeable. Just my opinion.

Just from an aesthetics standpoint the 2018 is far superior. Why they got away from the white frame is beyond me. That's what made those bikes so sexy.

The 2019 bikes are such a step backwards in the looks department.

The new plastic slims down the ergo's especially in the rear. The new seat is comfortable too. Very good info , so thanks a ton for that! I was thinking on this just last night , and came to a conclusion that if I was going to go ahead with the TC 250 , it'll be a 19'. I really like the white frame on the 17 - 18' bikes , but that isn't enough to hold me back from an updated bike.

Hell , I haven't 100% nailed down exactly what bike I'm getting yet.....but I always keep coming back to the TC 250.. I mean geez!....that 125 I have feels so damn perfect when I'm on it.....might be nice to have a matching 250. Really going to search around Washougal this weekend and see if I can see one up close.

I don't get how these bikes come from the same design department that does the KTMs. This is hands down the worst looking bodywork made since the Italians made the old 449 Husky.

I don't get how these bikes come from the same design department that does the KTMs. This is hands down the worst looking bodywork made since the Italians made the old 449 Husky.
It's the same on the 125 , 250F and 450F. I haven't actually seen one up close yet , but from the pic's I've seen , I think they look great.
