Look no further! A friend of mine is putting this event on and it's going to be an awesome time, plenty of racing action to watch and even give a try yourself if you're feeling up to it.
Starting things off on Saturday will be the Prologue, an intro of sorts to the hard endure that will be visible from the grand stands and give a taste of what it to come on Sunday. Also on Saturday will be the Hellclimb challenge, a steep rocky hillclimb event for stock length bikes. I've seen and experienced the terrain out here first hand and it's going to be an interesting event to say the least. . . Rounding things out is the event I'm most excited for, the Enduroclimb. This event was tried late last year and it was a huge hit, and probably one the most fun events I have ever ridden in. It combines some of the classic obstacles from endurocross with a hilllcimb thrown in for good measure, making for some seriously awesome racing action. There will be bar banging and there will be carnage, but there will not be any crying about it unlike some other recent races. . .
Sunday will feature the main event, the Baka hard enduro. As I understand it there will be three loops: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze loop will be to challenge mortals such as myself, who can't hold a candle to the top pros. Silver loop is tougher, and will separate a decent chunk of the riders. The Gold loop is essentially for the top guys, and the start of which is likely where my race will end if I even make it that far. . .
All events for the weekend pay out to the top five, as well as count for points toward the overall final for the weekend. You can choose to enter individual events, or go for broke and try for the overall win by racing them all. There is also a junior hard enduro sunday, so if you've got a young ripper who wants to get their feet wet in this type of racing it would be a great place to start.
Links below give more information, hopefully we get some offroad savy vitards out there to mix it up!

I'd definitely like to make the trip next year, one of my best riding buds is in Reno.
