Industry seating is always fun... most likely you will be sitting right next a pro with there helmet on gettting ready to race.

I was told the lower level of the left field, sec 134 -136, or right field sec 148-150 depending on the entrance from the pits.

if you like to actually sit down and enjoy the race, sit in industry seating.
if your taking kids with you, for sure sit in industry seating. they will be in heaven.
if you dont like the potential to get screwed by being stuck behind the podium and not seeing a big portion of the track, sit in your other seats. or get in there way early.
