Usually they're out in October, wondering what the hold up is this year? I'd like to get my tickets early but want to see the track layout to decide which side I'd like to be on.

I know there was an A1 rough draft posted but other than that I haven't seen anything. Any idea why they haven't released them yet or when they will be releasing them?

Agreed booked tickets for Tampa without seeing map as in UK and want things sorted. I know in years past they have been out when tickets released!

I was thinking the same thing a few weeks ago, so I searched in Racer X and posted the tracks on December 15th last year and said the tracks were released a few weeks back. So maybe around now then?

On another note, I really hope Racer X they do their preview show again this year!

Edit: double checked again and put the right date

The RacerX one you saw was probably the animated track maps which always come out later.

Maybe they need extra time this year due to all of the changes.

Hopefully lots of bowl turns (and nets).

Tampa is my favourite, it's got an old-school look about it.
And that friggen sand rhythm reminds me of Miami '89!

Tracks look very promising this year, be cool to see how big they build some of the stuff for the ams as well.

what i look foward :

- The sand rhythm section from tampa
- The start from St Louis
- The 4 turn before the finsih line from seattle ( reminds me the section where anderson blockpass seely for the win when they was on the 250 °
- And for last vegas , no more the long jump when they come back in the stadium ( maybe because smith's crash last year ) butthe first jump before the jump would be huge with a lot of speed !

The St. Louis start is definitely going to be interesting!

Looks like gate position is going to be super important at St. Louis.

Atlanta looks like a track built for close racing.
I like the lay out for Vegas.
Going to be a good year for us fans.

Overall looks like less creative layouts but more long rhythms and 180 turns so thats good.

Looks like the return of the camel-table jump from the 99-00s at some of the rounds.
Didn't like there is only one over-under this year :/

Does this layout help anyone pick where they will end up purchasing tickets in ATL? IMO they should indicate one side of the stadium or a section to help reference for customers.

I thought the exact same thing! That, Tampa and San Diego are probably my favorites along with Oakland and Arizona. I always like those two places because the shape of the stadium floor is different and provides some change.

The start is usually on the end with the main access/big tunnel.

That might be the most interesting Daytona I've seen in a while.

I like the Daytona layout a bit better than years past, but 2 "sand straights" and 2 wall jumps and a "moguls" section has me wanting to throw up.

The track doesn't get hammered rough like the old day race days so these "outdoor" sections don't work.

Respectfully disagree. The track is like 90% whoops/rough straights.

When have you ever seen whoops after the first turn? Whistling

It's pretty common that the "black sand" whoops on Daytona SX maps in the past are more "rough outdoor" sections that are sort of whoops but more random kicks. In my opinion, this adds to it not being awesome. That means even another straightaway type section.

At this point, I think it really needs to just finish the evolution and be built with traditional SX obstacles.

Correct, but does anyone know which end this is for the new stadium. Having not been inside it yet, it is a little harder to know.
