DoTheTon is a lot of custom, cafe, tracker builds, etc. Not necessarily vintage Moto. It might get you started

If by "like this" you mean a message board like Vital, there are a couple I would suggest. Thumpertalk has a pretty decent vintage dirt bike sub-forum:
