Felt like this would be a good place to ask that question since quite a few us here I would imagine are dealing with an injury or chronic pain from old ones.

Like the topic said has anyone had any luck to aid healing, loosen tight muscles ect? Better brands? Seems like the prices go from very cheap to expensive. Thanks for any help

Yes, I have a Hypervolt and it's great. I also have a Power Dot duo.....also great. Combined with stretching they both help.

Amazing, most of the knock offs work perfectly. No need to speed a huge amount on one.

Hey Blaze!
One of the other riders at the track that I knew and worked in the medical field brought one to the track to try it out two summers ago.

I’d use it between motos and was impressed enough with the result that I took the plunge and bought one myself. I’d use it between motos to help massage for arm pump while at the track, and for soreness as needed the day after ride/race days and I believe it definitely helped!
I’ll be honest and say that in hindsight I do wish I would have went ahead and spent the money to get a better one than I the one I bought!
It was the Chinese knock-off (get what ya pay for!) and after about 3 months it actually shook itself apart and a solder failed inside.
(I know this because when it suddenly stopped working and I was getting NOWHERE with the POS warranty and no help from Amazon I took it apart myself and found the failed solder joint!)
In my attempt to repair it, I accidentally shorted it out and blew the circuit board up! With a sharp pop and puff of smoke it was completely ruined and I threw the entire POS into the trashcan!
I will tell you that I was impressed enough with it while it worked that I’ll probably go ahead and buy another one, but this time I plan to go ahead and spend the bucks required to get a decent one made in the USA and will NOT waste my time or money on another Amazon/chinese POS!

Hope this helps you in some way!

My daughter gave me a EM26 this week. Love it and it helps relieve the arm pump.

I have the LEGIRAL version. It’s 16mm stroke vs. the 10mm most have. It was on Amazon for around $120, but had a coupon for 80% off so I got it cheap. I take it to the track with me and use between motos. I originally bought it because I was getting Charly horses in my legs in the middle of the night after hard Mtn biking sessions (those are gone since I started using this thing). My buddy used it at the track and ordered himself one as well.

Yes, get one. They do help with tension. Just be careful because they can rack some things around when used near any joints. I also suggests finding a good massage therapist and a chiropractor that's sport minded. My chiro and massage therapists coordinate their adjustments for alignment and alleviate muscle memory. Over the last couple years I have made it a regimen between those therapy's and it helps tremendously.

Bought a theragun a while back, I dig it. Definitely definitely helps with arm pump. But what I bought it for was my carpal tunnel, the pain was keeping me up at night. I hammer my arms, hands, and shoulders for like 5-10 minutes before bed and while it’s not a 100% fix I’m definitely sleeping better so I’ll take it.

Theragun owner, big time believer in it. Helps me alot with my chronic quad.
Same here! And saves on physio bills.
