When I was a kid around 2002 I got a sponsor from NCY Yamaha for only 15% off on parts but since then no one has offered me any breaks.
I know most of us on here are spending a lot of money every year on parts. Have you guys had any deals for parts? How much were you racing and how did you come into it?
Even 10% off somewhere would help out a lot or probably just make me want more parts and to ride more and spend more money.

Most dealers, some don’t give any fucks.
The Shop
I get anywhere from 35% to 50% off and it helps a lot.
I get 35% on Gaerne SG 12 boots through MX Sponsor and that helps.
Jason
I’ll go to my local parts shop occasionally for some small stuff and to get nitrogen refills.
It also doesn’t hurt to call a place or send in a resume. I called the guy at arc, bob I believe is his name, and he gave me 10 or 20 percent off a set of levers and a free set of slipper clamps. Month or so later I pleaded my case to the guy who runs Motool and he gave me the Black Friday deal on a digital sag scale.
Sting off
Ride your bike.Buy your parts from the same dealer. Don’t bad mouth them. Get to know them. Don’t expect anything. Wear their T’shirt. Then maybe they may help you.
Since then I have not raced a bike I owned , from 2006 to 2019.. helped to run teams for a ride, done development, and then just hooked up with a really good guy who loves to build stuff, more than ride it.
Top tip , don't run round in a $30k pick up and say you don't have money to race,
My daily drive has been a £500 clunker for as long as I can remember , and the RV is almost 20 years old.
Pit Row
I ride around in my 98 Silverado that I paid $3400 for, that’s how
To me, nothing’s cooler than riding around in a somewhat beater/older truck, and having a brand new bike in the back
