Got some guys I know going to be there. Get ready to ride the roughest track you have seen by the time 2nd motos come around. the last time they had a regional a few years ago it was the nastiest I had ever seen it.

I live 20 minutes away and am actually going Friday only to pick up a new bike!!! Cool

My brother will be there in College Boy and ProSport

If you can buy an MX11 before you get here you'll save yourself about 50 bucks. They bring in truckloads of them for these races and once everyone gets here they spaz out and swap every bike to the MX11. Thank me later

Yep run sand tires. Minimum a MX11 front and MX 32 rear if you cant get a MX11 rear.

I have had good luck with that setup.

32 works good out there, you will give up some on about half the track but in a few other areas it will be better IMO.

Baja's LL regional 2013 was the gnarleist track I'd ever raced or ridden on. And that says allot when Unadilla is basically my home track and been racing there for the last 20 years. Nothing like Baja whooped out late in the day. Gotta be in shape!!

Yep I was there also in 30+ and 35+. Been going there for 20 years and the roughest I have ever seen it also.

Only one size in the MX11 rear, 110/90-19.

Perfecto. I wouldn't run a 52 front (32 should be great).

You'll be at a disadvantage out back with a 32 or 52 rear, so everyone pops for the 11. Start is sandy too, a $200 trackside MX11 might be worth it for the start alone.

I rode last Sunday. They made some changes to the track before last weekend. The double in front of the bleachers is a tabletop now. The track routes slightly different before and after the old Kong sand jump. And towards the end of the track there was that little triple right out of that tight left hand corner...now there's a small roller then a small double. Can't remember if it's still a triple or not. Pretty minor changes.

Track was pretty rough and it wasn't even very busy. I can't imagine how it's gonna be this weekend!

I'm going to try to go spectate on Saturday. I had the privilege of racing the 2013 regional there and let me say what an advantage it was for a Baja specialist like myself to have it get gnarly. A lot of the out of towners will get a wake up call as to what a rough track is this weekend Smile

Yea I will be there this weekend to spectate! I'm 53 and have been going to baja before there was "Loretta's"
Awesome track, awesome facilities, great people and a great time!!
Oh yea ya better get those "Cheater Tires" (11) I wished they made them back in the day lol!!
