He can't stuff novices at Englishtown all summer and expect to get paid.

If he is in for SX, then no.

His AMA license is suspended.
One would think that if the AMA is a part of the FIM, as a charter member, the FIM and any other FIM Charter Nation/Sanction would have to honor that suspension.

Yeah Dave you would think that. Just like you would think the AMA handing down a fuel penalty on someone would stick. The FIM doesn't seem to like the AMA all that much. Reversing a penalty, FIM signing with CCE when the AMA inked a deal with Jam Sports.
IF the AMA doesn't reinstate his license, I'm sure the FIM would give him one.
That being said, I heard from someone who might know a thing or two about this that the whole Star Racing and YOT deal was all based around whether Jason gets reinstated. I thought I read the deal was done.

YUP, he is possibly gonna be at the USOPEN.

He is a YOT rider for the 2009 season.
I dont see why him or his agent would be in talks with any other team for 2009.

Some goon prolly seen something with Osbornes number on it (#338) and thought it was about J-Law...or some goofy shit like that.
