It is on right now on NBC Sports- some pretty rad dirt bikes. So far I saw a '66 Husky and a Harley two-stroke. There is a CRF450 there in the wings. Not sure why a CRF would be all that significant.
It should be archived here: http://www.nbcsports.com/video/show/mecum-auctions

Some amazing dirt bikes in there. Apparently $90k won't get you close to a Vincent Black Shadow? Whistling

They announced later that Vincent sold for 95K after the auction.

I was watching an episode last week from Vegas. Surprisingly there were some reasonably priced older bikes for sale.

A 1972 I think XR 75 mint condition sold for three grand.

An overly restored 73 Yamaha LTMX/LT1/LT100 whatever you want to call it sold for $5600, that was kind of shocking.
73 was the first year XR75.

If you register for their site you can see the selling price. Get ready for 3 emails a day, though........

I think what would be especially shocking about that is that Yamaha has been basically still selling that bike brand new globally for about $1500 until maybe a decade ago.

LT3MX. My buddy and I had the LT2s and he sent me a link to that when it went down. That one looked like it had never been ridden.

I've always refereed to them as LT1s. I had a mostly stock 74 MX100, my friend had a heavily modded 73. I would have traded him any day of the week.
