Some “super rich guy” is buying it already or a property very close by. Big time track builder is/will be involved. Surprised it hasn’t leaked out by now.

What a cool facility that was! I really enjoyed my time at this track. My son played paintball while I rode. Really cool 4th gear track

He’s probably talking about the guy that owns motobros down in okeechobee. I refuse to believe it until I see it. Have heard of multiple places this guys is buying that has yet to happen in the past year.
