I plan on buying a new bike in september and my 16 350sxf is getting tired. I really dont want to buy the same exact bike. Hoping the new 350 will have some changes otherwise as long as the new kawi doesnt gain to much weight thats the route ill be going.

KTM/Husky 250F and 350 will get the same frame, swingarm and bodywork changes from the 450... (albeit their own frame) but I think engine changes will be a bit more minor than the 450.

Here’s a link to a thread about the 19 125

It could be a thread but I think it was in one of the MXGP pit bits report.

How many hours you have on that bike? Just curious. I have a 450 for moto and a 150 for hare scrambles and i feel like a 350 would be the perfect mix of the two.

90 hours mostly track. I rebuilt it at roughly 70 hours.

So ML you are saying the 250/350 will have a different frame than the 450s?

My understanding, is just like the 2016 platforms, the frames are the same geometry, just frame engine mounting differences to accommodate either the 250F, 350F, or 450F engines.

I'm hoping they move the power down in the curve a little more on the 350

I’m on a 17 350sx-f. Favorite bike I’ve owned. You do have to rev it a bit. I was able to make the suspension work for me just by using the clickers. Went up to a 52t in rear and an fmf 4.1 factory Ti slip on and it’s perfect.

I love it. Was a little weird at first but its super easy to ride. Only issues i had were constantly tightening spokes, 4cs forks are useless and the map switch broke which those issues were solved after 2016.

Awesome. Sounds like a winner. I like the 450, but it becomes a handful to hang on to at the end of the day on the track. I wouldnt even try to hang onto it for 2 hours in the woods. The 150 is good, but i like the 450 better on the track. Plus going to one bike would cut down on the wrenching. But to be honest, both have treated me like yours, just normal routine stuff.

Same frame as the 18 factory edition, new frame from the current 250/350sxf
