I have tried, and tried, and tried, I cannot cancel or get anyone to answer any emails. There is no phone number to call and every link that says "cancel subscription" sends you back to the useless home page MAVTVPLUS.com.
This is crazy. I don't want two more free weeks. I don't want a promise how its going to get better. I want out. Does anybody here including Davey Coombs have a solution?
I just want to be done. and kill my recurring bill.

I have not yet decided to hit eject on the nationals, but I do plan to cancel as soon as they are over, so I see an upcoming problem.

Apparently, they do just as pizzpoor job of managing their website as they do with their streaming "service" app.
The fact that DC's not been around to support MAV is an indication they're in a deep hole and have no clue as to how their gonna get out. Sad.
My opinion is they bit off way more than they could chew for moto and then with the issues do not have the manpower to hand all the complaints. No excuse for it, but thats the reason as I see it.
I logged in and clicked account then cancel, so at least that worked.
