Any experience with 360Fly?

I have a chance to pick up a 360Fly HD for $110, originally I was pretty excited, but while looking through some Youtube videos, the quality of the videos seem pretty poor. Especially for something considered HD.

I am wondering if anyone here has experience with the 360Fly HD, and could it be the computer processing the video that is causing some of the poor looking videos out there? Other vids seem pretty sharp, for example Chad Reeds videos always looked good, but then again they were on an outdoor track with plenty of sunlight. (my videos would be with me or my son in the woods many times).

I love the concept of the 360 video, just want to be sure I am not kicking myself for not picking up a straight image camera like a gopro.

I have personally used it. Super user friendly, good quality. For $110 I'd buy it.
