Didn't know about this...

http://racerxonline.com/2016/03/20/saturday-night-live-detroit

"For what it’s worth, our Jordan Roberts happened to run into Anderson at the hotel after the race, and Anderson basically said, “Yeah, apparently I won!” We’ve heard the protest on Dungey was not filed by Rockstar Energy Husqvarna or Anderson, but by another team that actually wasn’t even impacted in the results."

Apparently another team filed the protest... Wonder who, and what was their motivation?

I would guess RCH or Monster Kawasaki. RCH being the more likely candidate.

Although I don't know, but I don't think someone has to "protest" in this situation. I'm sure there were a number of AMA officials looking in the area because of the Red cross flag and he simply was observed. Then again, what do I know.

Are you sure about that? They didn't see the RV triple-gate a few years ago.

And they have been absolutely clueless in so many incidents in the past years so it would not be surprising if they missed it.

But it's very hard to have an opinion on the whole situation since the TV coverage missed it...

I wonder if that is what dungey was telling his mechanic before his interview?

Why is that good? It is clear, as DeCoster pointed out, that Ryan did not intentionally ignore the flag.

Is that an actual tweet? Is the @ a slam on Dungey or am I missing something?

I really wanted to see Roczen stride up to the podium with his JimmyJohns to-go bag and a giant fountain pop. I feel cheated I didnt get to see that.

It was probably that whiney Austrailian Chad Reed protesting. I heard he an Gallagher are best buds now.

I heard Swizcore was at the race. Maybe he knows whats up.

I was more speaking to the fact that DeCoster complained about someone a few weeks ago.

Now others might be quick to call them on shit like this...

Probably Canard. Hes probably still grumpy over that practice incident from a few weeks ago.

Not wanting to have a pointy finger pressed into his chest again, Gallagher caved to the angry elf in the spirit of St. Patricks day.

Well excuse me. Didn't know the synonym for "We've heard " was "fact".

Let me get this straight. You read a thread title that specified "Any bets on which team protested Dungey". After reading it you had strong enough feelings to question its very existence and the opinions of everyone posting in it to the point you felt the need to post a question why we were talking about it? Holy shit there is no hope for you.

I'm with wwoberg and Big Lenny as well.
