Any preliminary info or insider rumors out yet for the upcoming 2020’s from the Big 5? Maybe a revised YZ250??

Well this weekend there is the opening round of the National Japan championship so we might have some news next week.

Hope to see the new 2020 250 Kxf !

You must mean the 2-stroke as the 4t was completely redone for 2019.

I wouldn't expect it. Very disappointed with Yamaha.

If Yamaha has a new YZ two stroke lineup, 2020 would be a great year for the unveiling, but I'm not holding my breath again. I personally would like to see a YZ 150.

There been talk about Yamaha coming in 2-stroke injection like KTM has in Enduro bikes. Also talk KTM/Husky making injection to SX models also but nothing confirmed. Kawasaki finally updates 250f. I dont see others making anything new but we should see this weekend from Japan MX race.

KTM were flirting with the idea of silver frames for 2020 so I guess we'll soon find out on that one.

Leaked KX250 info: bike is 100% redesigned. Nothing carries over from the 2019 model except handle bars tires and grips. A-kit showa suspension. All new engine. Hydraulic clutch. Finger follower valve train. Electric start. Weighs 4lbs more than the ktm.

Other than that i don't think we'll see any major updates. I would like to see the YZF get a hydro clutch.

2020 Yamaha 2 stroke range is nearly ready, they're just working on some bold new graphics so they can justify continuing to increase the retail on fifteen year old technology.

Expect Kawasaki to unveil an offroad lineup to complete against the ktm xc lineup. There has been some kawasaki Japanese guys lurking around our offroad races asking a lot of questions from racers on ktms and Huskys over the past year.

You can check out Yahey 772's twitter if you want. He's at the first round of the japanese championship and is the guy that posted the first pictures of the 19 KX450 last year.
No new KX250 on hand (as far as I know they don't have a factory 250 team in Japan), but the CR Electric Proto...

I heard a good chance there will be a KX450 XC style bike soon.

The KX250 isn’t receiving the updates most will be expecting, it’s getting some but not the full treatment the 450 got.

There’s not much new from the Japanese OEMs Moto lines this year. Next year should be pretty interesting though...
