I just came across this highlight video of moto 2 of the French MXGP 2017 which I remembered at the time was an epic dual between Jeffrey and Max, and my memory wasn't wrong.

I'm a fan of both but you don't have to be a fan of either to appreciate the heart these guys rode with. I remember JH saying after that they were on the absolute limit the whole race. They were both in their MXGP rookie year and finished the moto 31 seconds ahead of Gajser.

Who says mudders are boring?

Enjoy.

I remember that race, it was an epic one. If my memory serves me right, one of the big hills was the deciding factor of who won the WMX title that year.

Yeah I remember that now. Fantastic track that, classic French. I wish they'd use it more for GPs. Maybe there's a chance they'll have the French round there this year as it's TBA.

Great racing....I'd go for a mudder any day....by that I mean watching the pros suffer through it, not myself Smile

Im sorry for the RMZ Army fans but Anstie is so much better on a steel framed bike.

Awesome race. Another good one at that track was Guillod vs Herlings (2015/2016?). Unfortunately Guillod crashed hard in the opening lap second moto.
