So my 2017 kx 450 forks are exanguinating oil all over my apartment floor.

I am between getting them revalved by enzo or factory connection. The truth is I actually feel like once I set them up right I have more problems with the rear not wanting to track through acceleration bumps.

Is it really worth it or should I just change the seals myself. Do yall have any other suggestions?

How much better is enzo or factory connection over stock?

Can’t vouch for Enzo personally, my 16 has FC and other than the forks being air I really like the overall setup. I do truly feel that they will never be as good as standard spring, I was going to do the spring conversion but I am deciding to hope the 2019 KX with spring fixes everything without the additional cost towards my 3 year old bike.

Its hard to believe that a small company can improve on something made by showa but the bike did handle like crap from the show room.

Enzo does amazing work whether kyb or showa. They did my suspension on my yz450 and have done both my dads 15 and his 17 rmz450 suspension. He absolutely loves it. He’s a 50+ expert. Once Enzo set everything up for him, his words were that he didn’t want to go back to spring forks. He use to test for Yamaha and with Ross back in the early 90’s

I think that's good logic there. The new kawi sounds like a drastic change. I think its going to be very good personally

Not Enzo or FC, but Keefer breaks it down pretty well here: https://www.keeferinctesting.com/offroad-testing/2018/4/18/2018-kawasaki-kx450f-race-tech-suspension

Should give you an idea what to expect with a revalve versus stock.

It's more about dialing in suspension for a particular riders needs than it is making it better than stock. In stock form, OE suspension tries to cover a board spectrum of riders/abilities.

For example, we have not done anything to our new KTM 450 FE suspension YET! Have been testing the stock setup so when we do go into it we know what we want out of it. We have our YZF setup down, we are learning the new WP setup. After 10hrs on the stock stuff we know what are goals are. Working on our new pistons and valving now! We hope to make it better by setting up for my sons particular riding style.
