I bought a Promaster 159". I want to build a wall with a "sleeper bunk". What material should I use? steel, Angel iron, wood? If I use steel or angle iron, any advice on best way to anchor it? Any recommended measurements? I am thinking 58-60"high for the shelt, 24-30" deep and 88" from back door?
Rivnut Tool
You drill a hole, then rivet the threaded insert.
The material? Shoot you could mount a old steel bed frame. Wood is light weight and cheap. But aluminum would be my choice. Keeping things up high in the van light as possible helps the sway in turns.
