I just want to say thank you JS7 for some of the best years I've ever attended a SX or MX race and watched you throw down! Indy 07 was just truly magically delicious!!!!

I think it is clear by now that we will never hear from or see JS7 again.

Roger Larson said we will hear from JS7 soon.

It was common knowledge that JS7 asked the AMA not to give away his number.

Mookie hinted that we would see JS7 after he had his second baby.

I personally think it is all marketing to promote the Seven brand.

There were also rumors that he would do the Tampa race, or Daytona. Both have passed and he is still silent.

I think if he was going to show up at a race, to attempt to earn the 25 points to keep his number, he would have done so by now.
He doesn't need to make some false statement about lining up again to prop up the seven brand lol... That's absolutely ridiculous. He's James Stewart, he's already made his mark. Plus on top of that his gear is consistently some of the best looking stuff out there.

Nope.

Agree or disagree, he obviously isn't ready to make a decision on this chapter of his life and won't go public until he does.
I came straight to the fourth page to avoid tjr typical James trash talk and read your comment.

Heres the thing, James is ready and his choice has been made for a while, the problem is people in his close circle wont accept it.

James enjoys being a family man, the dude is happy people just need to accept it.

I have it on good information that he will line up this weekend at St. Louis on a Vital Mx sponsered Alta Redshift MXR. Screencap this if you don't believe. /s

There's never been anyone like James and probably never will be. Was a joy to watch race. I wish him the best in whatever his future holds.

Thanks for pics ruy. Good stuff.

For Stew to race, a few things have to happen. In fact, ALL things need to happen. He would need to start riding/training again, he would need bikes, parts, mechanic, etc. And, to make it even harder, it seems the industry is done with him.

Stew could come back, he isn't that old. However, as things sit right now, the chances of us seeing him race at the top again is quite simply zero.

Dear James,

Just do the following:

Buy a good 250 stroke, I suggest an all black Se7en sponsored 250sx. Stick an A kit on it and get the engine tip top. Spend a few weeks getting race fit.

Show up to the last two SX's of the year, totally unannounced. Get big James to pit for you, hold the board, all of that shit.

Qualify for the main by winning the LCQ. Good start into the main, run top 10 for 2 laps and finish in 18th.

You hold another record, the last man to score points in a Supercross main on a two stroke.

No one cares you got 18th, you showed up at an Supercross on a two stroke and you scored points. The entire world wins on that day, except for the internet, on that day - it melts.

I see no other options here to retire as a hero, this is your chance. Win-win for all.

In fact, if I think this actually happens - Jesus will return that day and descend to the actual podium.

I think he’s done. He is 32 years old so that’s pretty much past retirement age for most people and he has his health and family now. It’s just not worth the risk. Sure he could do it and get another two years maybe but why? So i think he’s done but I would like to see him involved in the sport somehow. I miss him.

I'm glad Brayton did not fall into the same trap James did. Only one person can answer why he nerver came back and that is James.

Other than a few random acts of brilliance, the last we saw of James Stewart was in 2009.

It's 2018 now.

You know what would be cool. If he would just announce his retirement. Then become a brand ambassador for say husky or sumn? Imagine the marketability if that. Plus could rep his 7 brand. Then we could get some cool vids of him riding 125’s out at his compound whipped out and wide open Smile He could do his farewell tour on 2 strokes doing parade laps at all the sx races. That would be cool. But noooo we get silence lol

I don't know about "mid career". The last time James raced he was 30 years old. Not many guys are still racing at 30.

Our sport / WADA / Feld / and the fans have taken advantage of Stewart to make money.

The more drama there was around JS7, the more money they made.

Who else can ride near last place, and get TV coverage, hold his line when Marvin and RD5 were battling, and still make headlines?

Or getting popped for taking prescribed ADHD medicine that other riders were taking as well and get banned for a year? Though headlines were not Stewart taking prescribed ADHD medication, the same medication that RD5 was taking, though didn't fill out proper paper work. It was Stewart gets banned for doing drugs, or taking illegal substances.

There are so many other examples it is sickening. If I was JS7, with the amount of money he has. . . I would disappear too.

The Detroit lions forced Barry out he was the only player on the team scoring points he just couldn't carry the team on his back! He got tired of losing and lost the love of the game! The lions team was killing him! James for what ever reason he has decided not to ride, I'm sure family always comes first! Jeez ?? !
