I'll just leave this here.....
Diffey obtained his United States citizenship in 2011,[4][48] explaining, "This country has given me so much, and I felt I needed to give back. That's why I accepted US citizenship. Stew should have been in the booth. I’m not trying to knock him or hurt your feelings. Just stating an observation I had.

You didn’t offend just wondering what the big deal is 🤷♂️ I think you Americans notice it more because I am guessing you don’t hear too many other accents often, living in Australia and originally from New Zealand we hear all types of accents in TV and also people living here.

I understand what he's saying perfectly and I'm American. He does a great job. Just comes off ignorant to complain about an accent. He's speaking English for heaven's sake.
Would you prefer an Orange County accent or a bayou accent instead? Heavy Boston accent? "Oooooh shit did you just see Mookie? That whoop speed was wicked nasty Ricky!"

Thank you. I’m American and feel like Americans are assholes because a large percentage have no clue about other countries, accents, or cultures. Wake up idiots. There is way more than than the US out there.

Hurt my feelings?
What the actual fuck are you talking about?
"Stewart should have been in the booth"....since when? When has he ever?
You didn't hurt any feelings. You aren't making any fucking sense.
Worry less about my feelings and more about forming posts that have any semblance of a reasonable point.

I think he has a great voice with a good tone, and his announcing has flow to it. He queues up Ricky very well too.
I’ve watched the the Major News Networks do the same thing as of late.
Maybe an accent holds more attention, even for seconds more?
