The engines are obviously different from the '15s, although I have no idea if it's DI. Maybe something like a smartcarb?

Late to the party here and just skimmed this thread, but why do people hope for or want DI or any style fuel injected 2 stroke dirt bikes?

Now before I get blindsided and bashed here I am not against them, and all I own are 2 stroke bikes I just don't understand why so many people get their mouths watering over the thought of it. In my eyes its going to add weight, cost, and complexity while maybe adding a small performance gain.
DI cleans up a two strokes emissions immensely. Less pollution is just a nice side effect from a more complete, more efficient (i.e. MORE POWER) burn. It should be worth a few extra HP and just make the old smoker perform better all around. Would probably make the power curve a little broader too - which would really be sweet on a 125. It's just more precise. Downside is adding more weight and complexity to an otherwise simple design. But it will still be simpler than the thumpers.

In other words, it's the next progression we have all been waiting for.

Husky 2016 model might be out at Italian GP. Nagl is testing it now and might run next GP with it. Its white KTM 2016 basicly anyways.

The pics were taken at the first round of the Austrian Nationals last weekend, and yes, they are production models.

HUCKSTER, can I get a " I told u so " with the ohlins? try taking off the rfx forks n just running the TTX shock and you ll c how dramatic the shock is. the 2 just work so well togeather, what r u running for sag? I decided to keep my ohlins, I got them so dialed and the 'huckvalves' are werth their weight in gold in the rfx fork!!
I'm a green horn at the Ohlins, Rocketsocks, can you share a sentence or 3 about the Huck valves? I want to get suited up with Ohlins front and rear, just not quite sure how the Huck Valve added to your riding pleasure. Did you ride the Ohlins forks w/o the Huck, then again with the Huck?

I have a 16 350 SXF, 49 year old B vet, front of the pack.

Thanks, Gary
