Said on pulp that they gave him an extra week to get his wrist sorted and that he'd start racing for them at Glen Helen

That makes sense , awesome opportunity for Alex! Who knows when Webb will be healthy

15-20 next weekend is my guess. He was 10 sec off Plessingers pace at track last week ?

The guy deserves the ride. He interacts well with fans and is likeable, work ethic over the last few years has been stellar, he’ll be in the mix. 12-15 at GH. He’s a racer and competitor.

After all this is a business and his SX main events come significantly cheaper than any other A lister. This is Yamaha grooming a consistent back up rider. Who do you want to cheer for? The guys who have had multiple opportunities on the best bikes? Or the Cinderella story of a great guy who will turn some heads?

He's a likeable guy, hard working, has a fan base, has speed and their current other rider is injured. It's an amazing opportunity that 99% of people love to see. A privateer guy getting a shot at a factory ride, even if it is just for a few rounds.

Those kind of posts make me laugh, making the top 40 is bad ass, finishing inside the 20 means you are crazy fast on a dirt cycle.

Sure not everybody is a freak like Tomac, Marv, Anderson, Barcia, Ken when healthy and a few others, but all the guys out there haul the mail.

I picked him for Fanasty, changed him for Bogle when heard he wasn’t riding. I need to take more notice as well .
