Was that too aggressive? Bummer for Austin, not sure why he was down for so long?

What comes around goes around... it's MX and Forkner won't forget I am sure.

It was a bonehead move for sure and he owned up to it on the podium. He thought he had the pass made, he forced it because of the frustrations from the last few weekends. Bummer for Forkner, he hasn’t looked the same since knocking himself out last year. I was happy to see him up front again.

I might have understood Amart wrong but didnt he blame forkner a bit aswell? He said something like "thats not the firs time something like this happens with forkner". Thought that sounded strange because forkner was not the reason they went down..

Unessasary move with plenty of race left. Ruined what probably would have been an overall for Austin
Edit: Forget what Amart finished 1st moto so maybe not an overall for AF

Listening to forkners interview it sounded like he took it a bit on himself not realizing Amart was there when he moved over, I guess it was an incident both riders could have avoided.

Troll Train doesn’t have good brakes. Except for Forkner being hurt a little bit, I kinda liked it.

But orange and TLD are my fav team.

Imagine when u lined up at the start of this 250 season with 16 and 6 to deal with, and now you don’t!

Wide open, great day of racing. I’m sure 35 will store it firmly in his memory banks.

Watch it closely, it wasn't all Martins fault. Forkner new Al had the move and chopped down on him.

Too aggressive sure, but it wasn't dirty. Alex explained it perfectly in his interview, he felt like he needed to go for it and it didn't work out as planned.

I didn't see the race. Busy working around the shack. I did try to follow Vital on water breaks. I'm a pretty rabid Amart fan. He's not known as a dirty rider. Aggressive at times...prone to mistakes sometimes as well. He knows his clock is ticking and he wants wins real bad. When guys race this hard and want it this much...stuff just happens. I like Forkner also and feel bad the way it turned out. But...GO Amart.

Forced, low-percentage, stupid move from a guy who can't afford to be making one. And I am pulling for Alex.

This sums it up. I'm a fan of amart, but I can't justify that move because he had crashed the last 5 motos trying to ride that pace

What? Not the same at all. I’m a fan of AMart but that was dumb. Tomacs move was around the outside

When's the last time amart pulled something like this. Definitely accident but man he needs to stop making mistakes it’s been 3 weeks in a row. He probably would have the red plate or atleast close to the lead

I watched it at race speed and immediately thought my god he cleaned Forkner out! I then slowed it down to frame by frame on a replay, and although it was a very aggressive move it looks like Alex moved inside and Forkner cut down right at the same time. I’m a fan of both those guys so not playing any favorites here. Aggressive move yes, but a good racing move in my opinion when it’s good for a overall win late in a Moto. We don’t want to see riders taken out every week but we do want to see tight and aggressive moves or these motos will out us to sleep.
Good close racing today
