Would the chase format have changed last year, or the tear before, or the year before?

Take any proposed format and plug in the results for the last 20 seasons and most likely nothing would be different.

If you want the racing to be better and top players to make it through the season so it isn't just a survivor series, slow the bikes down.

450s have no business on supercross tracks.

We'll hear from people, "This series sucks. When do the outdoors start."

When the outdoors start that same miserable guy will say, "this is boring. How do we make it more exciting. When does the supercross series start."

Really, it's you who is a miserable, boring person. Not the series.

That's 11 riders that have won SX MAINS.

I know that plenty of Internet-Super-Hero-Keyboard-Warriors are gonna Hem-n-Haw at that list (our primary statistics list); but, it's real.
It's looked at by those that run the teams and hire the riders.
It's looked at by Title Sponsors.

Here's another statistic for the few of you that'll appreciate the dynamics of these parallel stats (placed in Parallel to the 11 riders):

Factory KTM
Factory Honda
Factory Husqvarna
Factory Kawasaki
Factory KTM
Factory Yamaha
Factory Honda
Stewart
Factory Yamaha (JGR)
Factory KTM (BBR)
Factory Kawasaki

Total Available Factory Bikes:

2 Honda
2 Kawasaki
5 KTM
2 Husky
2 Suzuki(?)
4 Yamaha

Of the 17 known Factory Bikes 10 (11?) will be ridden by riders that have WON an SX Main.
Most of the rest are being ridden by riders that've won SXs on 250s.

Here it is for the short-attention-span crowd:
Two Thirds of the Factory Bikes belong to guys that've won an SX Main.

Note: I won't be surprised to see an additional Honda, Suzuki and even a coupl'a extra Yamaha's show up during the season. Oh, and, maybe -1- Kawasaki and an occasional KTM...or 2.

But, I could be wrong...
