2019 has been a really great season to watch. Been viewing NBCSPN for free on direct.
Did Tomac coming into the season injured hand Cooper the title? I say no - even though Tomac and Marv couldn't put it together early, Cooper rode smart and as fast as he needed to to put himself in a position to win the "C'hip".
Listening to Cooper on the podium at Denver it sounds like he wants to be the fastest as well as smartest rider out there. "I was in the same realm as Eli" My advice to Cooper is put the ego in the pocket, ride safe two more weeks and enjoy your title, Clearly Eli is back to form and you have nothing to prove, or gain, by trying to beat him head to head.
Having said that, GO ELI! hoping you can pull it off
since Glen Helen is a no go this year we may head up to Hangtown. Can't wait for outdoor!
