Definitions of Obstacles

Filling the gaps in obstacle 15 would render it into a tabletop and no longer a quad. Just because two separate mounds of dirt are filled in/combined, it doesn't make it a double, triple, quad, etc.

A tabletop is a tabletop.
A tabletop is a tabletop and in its original idea was never designed to be able to jump all the way over 2 of them!

To me if any jump has 4 options and you can in 1 jump go all the way over all 4 of them you can call it a quad for tv purposes, I’m gonna be ok with that!

Ah, what are we all arguing over anyway? I figure if I can self-identify as a man who should have been born in a female Dolphin's body, then two tabletops can be a quad.

As for me, yes, I consider a tabletop jump as one, single tabletop jump. You cannot double it, no matter how long it is. You can clear it, jump it, land on top, or roll it, but never double it. The first time I ever saw anyone jump two of them at once, the rider and everyone watching referred to it as "doubling those two tabletops." That was in 1987, so I probably have a historical perspective that many of you do not. Either way, it's cool to hear your perspectives on it. I think the difference in opinion is based on whether you are counting landings (not I) or takeoffs (the proper way, IMHO.)

A table top is a double that is filled in.

You CAN'T take off and land on the same single . You CAN take off and land on the same table top because it's a double that is filled in. Did i spell that out for you better?

Sequence was 3-3-5.

Anyone that thinks a single=table is a complete squirrel.
Can we discuss the idea and physics of the seatbounce? Thats always been a hotbed of debate Laughing

Whatever you call it, it's sick. I concur with Torns, for me it's more impressive how he carries the speed onto the corner so smoothly after hucking that jump.

A single is just a short table top so from here on out when I do a double I’m calling it a quad... in conjunction with the wild wild world of sports intelligence consortium! 😂

You're such a moron. What happens when you dig out the table top and leave the take off and landing? It's a double you complete spode. Doesn't matter how long it is.

I can't argue with C class vet riders about this. You just don't understand. I get it.

No pro looked at AC's instagram and went "wow that 3-3-3 was sick". I'm done talking to clueless trail riders about this.

What if you dug out 7 different sections from the table top? So I say it's actually clearly an oct.

I just did a double (two slices of meat) from 5 guys. It was awesome! Relax guys AC jumped the whole section in three bounces who cares what he jumped over. He will win more than 1 race that, that much seems pretty obvious
