Kinda a bummer .... lap times are gnarly close nothing to separate the guys with talent. Its gonna be a freeway, im definitely not a fan of races like this

It's happening either way. Let's see what happens before we make up our minds. The start is always a big part of the race.

man this site always being as negative as possible. If they dontt change anything it's boring, if they do it sucks. The track always suck and nothing is good.

Anderson and Barcia are going to be advantaged IMO. Got the speed to be up front and will be among a few riders happy to do anything to make passes.

Assuming they get a good start ofcourse

Yeah just hope they don’t take each other out

The only wild card to spice things up will be how much the track breaks down. If the track had normal Supercross whoops it’d be fine in my opinion.

I personally like it and think it will provide some exciting and tight racing tonight.

much ty. How to spot a paid forum poster/artificial forum traffic producer (see list of actions/phrases below):

Copius pattern amounts of phrases like “Anyone have”..., “Anybody know?”.... and their variations.

Thoughts?
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

It's the track design that is going to make it a "freeway". Not the format. IMO.
Heat races have produced some good battles in the past.

3 best starts with the format change. It's going to be interesting. wink

I think the track would be fine if the whoops were decent., There'd be more to separate the guys. The way it is now you are literally screwed if you get a bad start. The good thing is, there's 3 starts, so we should see some drama at least

I agree starts are key but i dont see one guy getting good starts all 3. There will be alot of math being done middle of round 3.

Judging by how the LCQs went as well as the qualifiers, it looks like a freight train race tonight. I'll still watch, but I'm a little bummed. Dig the format though.

I’m sure Feld likes seeing things mixed up and different winners...

Whoa whoa ... did my post say anything negative about the new format??? All i said was that when the lap times are as close as they are with the top 12 on the same second tells me the track isnt very challenging and whoever gets the start is likely to win and now that you mention it, the new format (which i am VERY excited about) will further exaggerate this with shorter races.

Am i wrong?
