1:03's Only 1 rider, guess who?
1:04's 5 450's, 1 250
1:05's 3 450's, 5 250's
15-20 seconds gap at the end of the race is too much, we need more riders closer together.

I swear to god, this fucking forum sometimes...
The Shop
It was an easy track and there was still separation, but the racing was a country fucking mile better in the 250s.
A1 was perfect illustration of that. Easy track and Kenny still won by 13seconds.
But the racing was better in the class where more dudes are capable of ringing the shit out of the bike.
AND I'd rather have watched McElrath and Plessinger have to work their balls off to go fast than watch Kenny use 4000rpm and go just as fast.
I think it'll tighten up a bit, everyone has a track they like. We'll see if KR can keep his consistency and dominance.
And by definition, Ford was probably down 20% power and a similar percent deemed talent, not being on a team... BUT.... They're all freaks!
The advent of four strokes has seen this tidal wave of dudes who are all "so" good, but the racing hasn't been any better....
We still have runaways. Dungey had a lead of 25 points before 1/3 of the season last year right? Easy tracks. Short tracks. Long tracks. Small whoops. Big whoops. MX and SX is the hardest sport on earth, if one of the chosen is on a roll and has confidence it's hard to stop.
GREAT racing is an oddity. Having said that, it happens in the smaller class of most motorsports more often. MXGP has great racing, as does MX3. They can ride the balls of those bikes. 450s in MX/SX. Not so much...
The 250 class tho, go back to 2005 and look how many barnburners there has been...
I swear some of you guys troll threads just to be able to post that to make yourself look so smart and important.
Pit Row
The fastest lap by the majority of riders is before the halfway point. Most of the racing is done by then.
But so did Kenny this weekend.
Difference is, watching these dudes ride like that was maybe the most entertaining the sport ever was. (OR will be)
I'm not trolling, I've been on this forum long enough to see the kinds of patterns that emerge (and I haven't even been here that long compared to some).
Maybe some people who have already handed Roczen the title this year (or for the next 5 years if you listen to Main Event Moto) should look at this as a possibility. The fact of the matter is, he holeshot. Dungey had to pass his way through Musquin and Tomac to even get a shot at him, by that point he's 9 seconds back at the start of a 17 race series then a medic flag gets thrown and he has to roll a jump. 1 round into a 17 race series and he walks out 3 points down while barely breaking a sweat, im guessing he's right where he wants to be.
As far as the racing goes,Tomac, Seely, Anderson and Musquin will go at it all year. Then Reed, Millsaps, Baggett, Peick, Weimer, Bogle and Tickle will all be in each other business. It may not be a 3 rider battle for the win but there will be battles all over the place if the TV guys know where to find them.
Same for average finishing position at the end of the season, almost exactly follows points - Ralph seems to get overly excited at such pointless stats.
Like seriously, am I missing the point??
