“I know the truth, and I will tell you now: he was admired, loved, cheered, honored, respected. In life as well as in death. A great man, he is. A great man, he was. A great man he will be. He died that day because his body had served its purpose. His soul had done what it came to do, learned what it came to learn, and then was free to leave.”
- Garth Stein, The Art of Racing in the Rain

In the fall of 2013 the motorcycle community tragically and unexpectedly lost a hero, Kurt Caselli.
For Volume 001 of META we published a tribute to the legendary off-road racer that has recently been posted on our website for anyone to read that might not have the magazine.

You can read the story here: https://www.readmeta.com/blog/2017/10/25/the-ones-he-left-behind

And you can learn about the Kurt Caselli Foundation which protects and supports the lives of off-road riders here: https://www.kurtcaselli.com

Lol...I wasn’t 100% sure how he died. My bad
No problem...(I hope my reply didn’t come off harsh...that wasn’t my intent if it did.)
