Congrats from Down Under Mike,

Plenty of massive Brayton fans down in this part of the world.

Maybe the whole team can come out along with him this year when he takes aim at his third straight Aussie title Smile

Mike, I've led a sheltered Moto life. Yes I've had may moments, high point fast guy at a couple local tracks. Even got a pro license waaaay back, even had THE Jammer stuff me out of my one and lonely national qualifier two turns from that damn Hangtown checkered, moments before I waved to a couple buds with 7 positions I thought I had to spare from "my moment". The gap from what I walked away from and many other speedsters....to this win is without much doubt unimaginable.
So yes I'm an underdog fan! More specifically Justin's and those that enabled this moment. However I grew up racing under the sponsorship and guidance of Grandpa Villapoto. So I wasnt much of a fan of your team and specifically the Alessi's. Silly old man I am...no, silly younger man I was. I've since seen your passion and yes I've also see Tony's. The fact that you provided a very capable SX winner to accomplish perhaps the penacle of today's pro's bench mark that is now and forever etched in our bench racing no is bad as hell! All I gotta say is Dude you rock and I'm So happy for you, for Tony, for Berluti ( even though he parked me at Helvetia, and yet he still came out pretty as ever?!). Sure we all love Justin, and his remarkable composer, all the while manhandling da Beast and the pressure...seriously how cool is that? Such great racing craft and to rise to this accomplishment, this many years of knowing you can yet...not. And done with so little drama, and that true blue collar keep working. Again Bad ss Hell!
I also never rode overly agressive, I took what I could, I assumed my position,. Sure I'd show 'em a front wheel, but if I wasn't fast enough I'd work and mostly chase my heart rate to the best finish I could. I'm in awe in awe of the passion that fuels the stamina Justin and your team has endured Mike. I'm a fan, have been since TV retired Lol!
I also want to thank you Mike, if this sport sees 20 more years, it's only because of the passionate.

I'm just here to say well done to all ( and there'd be a lot) that made that result possible and thanks for getting that team going and keeping it going. I hope that is the fire to go another 10 years.
Great Job Justin. Definitely a cherry on top for Justin's Australian SX title.
And great job all the guys in here giving back to the team sponsors and their products. I hope that also includes Honda.

Congrats Mr. Genova, and thank you for your continued support and dedication to the sport. Your organization has received outstanding praise in the pits and certainly refreshing to see a team stick it out for a number of years as you have. The Honda support hopefully continues and so will the team's success.

Amazing achievement. I was gripped to the TV praying Brayton would keep it on 2 wheels.

Winner of the toughest supercross race in the world, what a thing to be able to say.

It has also been 10 years since a Honda won. (Windham in the mudder)
10 years since a non full factory guy had won. (Windham on a Geico Honda...in the mudder)
Justin Brayton's 10th career supercross podium.
There have been several Honda wins since 08, including more from Windham, Canard, Reed, and Seely. Not to derail the thread, so congrats MCR!

Something definitely had to be wrong with you if you didn't have a big smile on your face to see Brayton win the overall. It was the "feel good" race of the season for sure!

Honest question, was the last non-factory team, aka satellite team, to win a 450SX the JGR Yamaha team with Stew in 2011?

Roczen on RCH back when they were the satellite team and Yoshimura Suzuki with Stewart and Baggett were the factory.
