So you sold the RMZ?

Comparative likes/dislikes?

BTW, is your number a web server error reference? Smile

Yep, the RM-Z's gone...finally.

Um...power seems wider on this one. Lots of low end to chug around with. But maybe it's the loose nut behind the bars cracking the throttle open a bit more. Wink

I rode it box-stock all weekend. Didn't change a thing on it, and it worked good on everything from choppy bumps to bigger stuff at the bottom of some of the downhills. Would it be better with some aftermarket massaging and tuning? Probably. Could I ride it like that forever and be happy? Definitely.

I might want to try some different tires on it, but that could also have been just the LACR sand. Once I shifted some weight forward, it was better. But that's a bad habit of mine anyway (and a remainder from my cycling days.) I might also try moving the bars forward on the triple clamps, or rotating the clamps forward to add some room and/or shift weight forward. I need to check and see what position they're currently in.

I rode for maybe an hour last Wednesday, did Friday's practice and Saturdy and Sunday races, and was more comfortable on it every time out.

Shhh...don't spoil the 404 thing. It's like a joke grenade. Pull the pin, roll it out there and see how long it takes to go off, and who gets it.

Maybe it's the geek in me, but I laugh every time I see that number on it.

Man , that track looks sweet, is it always laid out like that. Looks super fast.

Fifth gear tapped on at least five sections of the track, beyond a fast high speed track this year!!!

Super highway street section (think Auto Baun), then across a wide long whoop section, (front section) down into the pit and triple step-up back out, jump back down into the pit, across, back up and out, another down, across and up section that leads to a large table top out of the pit and step down towards the finish.

CRC Xmas GP's will run the same track layout the next two weekends.

Amazing weekend. Track was FASST and ROUGH at the end of the day. I am going to the dentist tomorrow to get some fillings replaced.

Good seeing everyone.

the ATTENTION WHORE in me would love to see them. Glad you made it home safe and sound this year. One of my friends wanted to meet you, was a fan of yours from your BMX days. Had no idea about Vitalmx so look for a new member soon. Laughing
