He may have been "on the way" to making a '55'...he backed WAY OFF after getting into a jump "combo" that coulda hurt...really hurt...if he'd hit it wrong.

james had a faster lap 9 times compared to dungey. laps 14-18 james won those laps, james picked it up and ryan slightly dropped in times. they both are/were very close at a1 in terms of consistent laptimes. hope it continues for phx

There is virtually no difference between the lites and the 450s nowdays, either indoor or outdoor. Sometimes makes you wonder why they bother having two classes.

Anyone happen to know what the average lap time difference was between the 125 and 250cc classes back in the 2stroke days?

P i took your advice and bought an 09 YZ450 for 4700 last october and love the thing! can´t believe the suspension and even though its a pooch compared to my CRF450 its easier to ride and i last longer per moto. I did the one tooth thing on the rear and its a bit better but i still dont get the starts i get with the honda plus the gaps between gears are wierd but i end up ahead in the end so i guess its okSmile

ok back to the times, yes thats what i remember now..
