Got a 97 cr 125 it ran perfect untill yesterday it acted like it was running out of fuel now it wont start got new plug and fresh gas need help thanks

When you bought it did the ad say new top end? Because that really means you need a new top end.

Check the simple shit first:

Take the new spark-plug out and check the bike for spark. using the new one.
No spark, troubleshoot the kill switch, the spart-plug boot, then all of the grounds, the ignition coil and stator in that order.


Tip the bike over on it's side, stand it back up. Does fuel drain out of the carburetor overflow?
If not, remove the fuel line from the petcock and check that fuel is getting from the tank to the carb.


Two strokes will run on very little compression. Does the bike feel like it has compression when you kick it over?
