Im afraid, it one of this boards greatest discraces the unmitigated unparralleled hate you see from suposed mx/sx fans...of Mr Reed..

So take heed of that stat (thanks rcr-x)
His podium amount is equvilant to being on the podium for every race for 8 years....8 fookin years ! Can you beleive that?

Now most of the hate comes from guys who would be lucky to podium once at chicken licks raceway..that much is obvious

But there are still many many more that respect, admire and even like CR22.

So lets hope he has a great record breaking night.
And drown out the haters with

LaRocco won two national championships. He didn't back into either of them. He faced the greatest SX rider in history and came up short. Does anyone believe Reed would have ever beaten MC for a title?

I was referring strictly to SX . Impossible to say if he would have beaten MC but he did have RC and JS7 to deal with. And yes I understand they were injured when Reed won his titles but he still got his wins during their era.

Go to the following thread and take a look at the 250 2T/450 SX only points I posted and tell me Larocco's results were more consistent than Reed's.

Larocco does have more overall points if you combine both SX and MX but had Chad not gone SX only for awhile he'd be up there in overall points.

Seriously, Reeds SX stats are impressive and he's still out there this year scoring points. Don't think anyone is going to break his SX points record.

Reed beat JS in 2005,2008,2011,2013 and 2016.
I don’t know about 2010. I didn’t look. 2015 James didn’t race.Its not Chads fault that James hit the ground during a few of those. There were plenty of nights and seasons that Chad was faster than James. Chad won more races than RC in 03.
They were so close in points some of those seasons that one small thing and he could of won.
Yes, Chad was a little slower some years but to think he didn’t deserve his titles is crazy.
