Man, I forgot it was only 3 years ago that Suzuki had both Roczen and Stewart. James was the Tiger Woods of Motocross, he was awesome

Great share, thanks. James has brought a lot of enjoyment to a lot of people all these years through his skill and his competitive edge. The sport needs him to come back and share his opinions and his love for riding in some capacity, whether it's a vlog or TV commentary or just being around the pits. He's done the work, now he should enjoy the respect and adulation he has earned.

When Stewart walked away, without saying anything, how much do you think it has to do with the jerkoff fans that flip him off at the races and all the racial BS he's had to deal with?

I'd like to think, he chose health and family, but a huge part of me thinks he came in, made his nut, all the while hating this sport because of piece of shit fans that can't see he's a once in a lifetime talent we'll never see again..

I hope he knows he's appreciated, but I really just hope he's happy.

|

you could put him in blue jeans and a clapped out RM125, and within 3 seconds, we'd all go "Damn, that's James Stewart!" - that's how recognizable his style is.

crowe176 and Average Joe really summed it up...Stewart is a once-in-a-lifetime talent. The guy gave so much to the sport in excitement and along with Carmichael, I feel their era was at the top. Watching Stewart and Carmichael race was truly legendary! Best of luck in whatever the future holds for him!

I think it had more to do with the jerkoff industry that did nothing when an overseas entity said he couldn't race. " sucks for you James, hey. lets order a pizza"

I miss seeing James Stewart on the track.

You're totally right. I always forget about that bullshit.

I think he's jaded due to the whole WADA suspension thing plus the fact that the factories weren't lining up to sign him after the suspension and he couldn't get a good ride towards the end of his career.

They say JS7 is God like. I mean he's good but he's no JS7. See what I did there?
