The dark underbelly of our sport. We lost a young man 2 weeks ago on a jump at Murphy's MX near Austin.

RIP to both of them, and prayers for their families.

I have a 62 year old friend battling throat cancer. I'm sure he'd rather die on the track than at home in bed from his cancer. I know I would.

You could have just skipped the emoji and you wouldn't have looked like a cunt.
Not really something to joke about at their expense.

It's the gruesome part of the sport, but (if my number was called) I would want the weekend to go on. Godspeed unnamed rider from FL. Sincere condolences to friends and family.

RIP, moto-dude.

And, personally, if I should move on to some more pristine dirt while riding my dirt bike, I hope everyone knows I wouldn't have it any other way.
