I hope the weather forecast changes. I plan on coming unless it’s flooded.

I hope so too. I will be there on one of the dozers each afternoon. Haven't seen you in a bit. Stop by and say hi if you come over.

Man, that payout would about make a man come out of retirement. Any former national champs on the pre-entry list?

You got billy liles' phone number? Find him a kx 500 and talk him out of retirement.

Pretty sure it's over $30k now. Last year I believe Luke Neese won it.

Results from saturday's qualifier.

Some big names come out when 1st pays $6100.

Mike alessi, Luke neese, Kevin walker, Austin stroupe, Kyle bitterman, and Matt Burkeen are going to make the young up and comers work for a piece of the $30k+ pie

It has rained at least an inch in a half here since yesterday afternoon but track crew pushed off a lot of mud and the sun has popped out with practice going on. Even the 65s are making it around really good.

The single moto main for the Cody Gragg memorial race should be great.

Dang what a race.

Brandon Sharer from gardena, CA pulled the holeshot and led the first 4 laps on a 1989 cr 500, but lost the front end and finished 6th. He had pulled out a 2 second lead when he fell.

Alessi went down on the start and never made it into the top 10.

Kyle bitterman won after pulling his goggles off, and then passing the leader.

Victory sports will have video on their facebook page shortly.

Bitterman went 1-1 on the weekend in thre two stroke class. (First race was gate position)

Kid deserved a win like this, wish someone would give him an mx ride.

See some pretty big names on that list that did not fare to well like Stroupe 11 and 12 ( probably not in race shape ), Alessi 8 and 31 ( maybe crashed in moto 2 ). For anyone who was there, were they pretty far off the top guys pace or just run into some bad starts? I can not see Alessi getting bad starts but maybe he did.

Per earlier post, alessi went down on the start and was a couple hundred yards behind last place when he got going.

He just never seemed to really get going. Bike might have been tweaked.

Track was still a little muddy, but there were passing lines, just hard to come through when there is a bunch of riders in a group.

This was one sick race. Brandon Scharer pulled the hole shot on a 1989 cr500 and lead most of the moto until washing the front. Jack Chambers then took over battling with Bitterman until Bitterman dove in on him from the outside going into a 180. Sickest past I’ve seen in a while. Bitterman was definitely on his game and deserved the win. Alessi did go down off the start and seemed to never get back to pace.
