3(!) Grand Prix Races in Lommel this year

EMX250-class has changed to a genuine sand-championship.

- Valkenswaard
- 3x Latvia
- Mantova
- 3x Lommel

The only hard pack track they get is the artificial new one in Spain.

Considering it can rain a lot in October in Belgium, Lommel could become a massacre.

I am disappointed with the calendar... I feel that compressing races into smaller timeframe will lead to more injuries and the field will get thinner really quick.

Why can't we have just 10 GP instead of 16 like they want.... Just cut your losses... I personally don't feel that belgium, italy and turkey are the safest destinations to be chosen pandemic-wise, what about finland, swiss or even bloody Loket?... but what do i know...

I daresay you'll / we'll be lucky to get to see 10 more GPs, let alone what they are hoping for.

It's All, totally fluid, with Covid 19.

I wouldn't piss on Luongo if he was on fire, normally, but, hell, I don't envy him with what looks like an impossible situation.

And, I truly hope none of the local promoters / organizers / club's get damaged by the inevitable changes that I'm sure will occur. Not to mention how trying it (already is) will be for the Teams and Riders.

As RG3 said, a week with 3 GPs near Riga would be something. It's a fantastic place. If I thought things were 'solid', I'd be booking things now. Or, the 3 Lommels / 3 Italy's, or , indeed, Any mixture of European rounds.
