With all the talk about Sexton’s non-issue off-track excursion, why hasn’t the incident of two front runners in the first 250 main launching a jump after the “wheels-on-the-ground” lights came in? Wedge and Glover mentioned it when it happened, then no follow up? Maybe I just missed it? I can buy it became a nothing burger, but no mention in this week of heightened championship implication sensitivities?

No the BS is Jo followed the rules and lost time to those ahead of him. And the BS could’ve been them launching the blind jump and landing on a rider or medic

Agreed on the blind jump. I'm all for being safer

The broadcast was really weird. They used the same footage of the ama official or whoever in the mule talking to Lars showing 2 fingers for the 250 Red Cross flag incident as well as when sexton went beneath the tree.

What I am concerned about is....when they went over the jump, there was nobody down, nobody on the track, etc.

During the broadcast Glover also mentioned that it looked like the “wheels on the ground” lights came on at a point where it looked like Hunter and Cooper probably couldn’t safely check up since it was an “all or nothing” style jump. Jo was only a little ways behind them

Yeah, but like theraptur712 said, if they just came on, why was there no one down on the track, or even being tended to just off the track? Seemed like really weird situation all the way around.

Who knows. In supercross they don’t even slow down with a yellow flag waving

Agreed. I think Hunter got robbed two points. That could mean a lot for the battle for second between him and Jo

They don’t have to slow down with a yellow flag waving. This was a wheels on the ground flag so two different situations(not saying your claiming they are the same).
