Of course. Thats the new normal.
My Honda dealer has been allocated five. They only received three 2021’s. At least they are getting more 2022’s than last year. Also they are giving a racers discount.

Well I guess they will be out soon enough and we can maybe get a ballpark on pricing

Put down a $500 deposit, 5th in line, probably get it in November. $9000 pre tax (but I’m buying from NJ and live in PA, so that’s also OTD).

Literally every single test rider said they got the 22 motor to bark through the mid range and it’s close to the Yamaha now

Facts do not matter to VTEC he wants the bike to be slow

Yeah, wtf? Lil Keefer said it's better than the KTM and he wants to race it in the stock classes next year. So it must be decent!

Yeah, it sucks, but I actually do understand that they have less units to sell, so they have to make more profit per unit to keep the lights on, and we are all lined up to buy them...

I'm not sure what your age is, but that has not ALWAYS been their philosophy.

It hasn't even been their philosophy at present. The 450 Honda has been considered the most "pro" targeted in it's class for several years, with a hard-hitting but physically demanding power delivery.

But is this the bike kiwifans dealer is going to put him on this year or what?

Our dealer in Wisconsin is saying January for delivery

There's an ebb and flow to it. And it's not just motor. Their frame geometry used to be very radical some years.

Dude you don’t even ride anymore so with respect you don’t know what you are talking about. And as far as how fast or powerful bikes were is all relative to what it was being compared to at the time.

Buddy out here in Canada got a deposit on one, dealer said end of August or beginning of September.
Not sure how many units they will get but if it is the same as the 450 2021, the dealer did not get a lot of bikes the first year, but plenty for the next one.

Two dealers around me (Philly/NJ) are getting 5-6 for sure over the next three months, not sure what they will get after that.

Dealers told me end of August for one, September for the other one and then all other order will arrive in spring next year. I should have the August one.

As I stated on the previous page or two, that my dealer is receiving five. I’m number two on the deposit list. I was told by my dealer I will be getting my bike early September. I received a email yesterday that it has now been delayed until sometime in October. I would not want to be at the bottom of the list. At least my racers price is very good.

I ordered one and dealer here in Sweden said I got the last one that is scheduled for end of August. But they didn't want a deposit!?! (maybe they know that 's*cker, you want get it this year anyway').

I had a look at the parts diagram at Hondapartsnation.com and seems at least oil filter is same as on 2020 model, so I won't have to waste those... actually many parts carry over, that's nice Smile

Oh, wow... the my online retailer (won't say their name here) is worse than I thought, I've gotten so many wrong parts for my 2020 CRF250r. It's my first CRF, so didn't know, but for example, when ordered oil filters I got a model that was too large, didn't even fit the opening hahah

Just asking but is a hydro clutch that crucial? I actually prefer a good feeling cable clutch to hydro any day of the week.
Gives a more consistent feel throughout a race and no need to adjust the clutch the hotter and more worn out it gets throughout a moto

Is your dealer Manchester Honda/KTM in CT?
